The work of Crossroads is to dismantle systemic racism and build anti-racist multicultural diversity within institutions and communities (view our Mission Statement). Through our training and organizing programs community-based, educational, religious, and human service organizations form anti-racism teams and work to lead their institutions in a process of effective long term anti-racist transformation.
