Regional Partners

Crossroads believes a vital facet of justice work is strengthening networks and coalitions to help create a vision for people to work toward. We also recognize that early organizing before Crossroads trainings take place is essential. So in addition to organizing within institutions, Crossroads strives to strengthen relationships and build solidarity for the work in various geographic regions as well.

To facilitate this we collaborate with a network of institutions doing movement work. Crossroads works closely with the following regional anti-racism organizations: Minnesota Collaborative Anti-Racism Initiative, St. Paul, MN; Eliminating Racism and Claiming/Celebrating Equality, Kalamazoo, MI; and the Institute for Dismantling Racism, Winston-Salem, NC.

Our Regional Partners share Crossroads’ philosophy, values and training methodology. They organize in their wider communities, advancing the deeply interconnected racial justice movement.

IDR pulls together collaborative partners in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth county community – institutions and coalitions dedicated to a common vision of fostering the development of anti-racist, diverse communities. The vision is to establish anti-racism teams within each institution and organization for the purpose of building intentional anti-racist multicultural diverse community that provides the resources for life to all residents.
