Kafi Carrasco is the proud daughter, sister, and auntie to many! Kafi and her husband of 27 years, Rudy, are the parents of 4 Blaxican children ages 21-11 years old. Kafi is from Brooklyn, NY and lived in Los Angeles for almost 20 years, with a stint in Grand Rapids. MI.  She currently lives in Vancouver, Washington (the Portland Metro-Area).   Kafi has lived a missional life and spent her professional life teaching and leading in local public and private schools as well as leading and directing collaborative community-based non-profit organizations. She has been involved in church life and imagining what anti-racist/missional Christian communities could be.  Kafi holds two Masters’s Degrees in Education and Education Administration and is currently working on a Ph.D. in Innovative Urban leadership.  She has facilitated antiracism workshops since 2012 and has been working with Crossroads since 2018.
