Kafi Carrasco

Workshop Facilitator

Kafi Carrasco has been the Executive Director of Restorers since 2012. She holds master’s degrees in Elementary Education and Educational Administration with a focus on Multicultural Leadership and is currently working on a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership.? Having spent most of her life in grassroots and community-based institutions and organizations, she enjoys working with institutions with a commitment to being accountable to the communities they serve. Kafi has been an anti-racism trainer and facilitator since 2012 with Congregations Organizing for Racial Reconciliation (CORR) and is now an apprentice facilitator with Crossroads. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, with a 19-year stint in southern California, Kafi and her family (husband and four children) recently moved to the Portland, OR area from the Midwest, and look forward to exploring the beauty of Pacific Northwest.
