Communications Specialist/Workshop Facilitator
Pamela Durr is the Communications Specialist for Crossroads and also a Workshop Facilitator at Crossroads. She graduated from UC Berkeley in 2014 with dual degrees in Society and Environment and Political Geography. After graduating, Pamela worked in outdoor education, teaching children about environmental awareness and leadership. Pamela next worked on a small family farm where she honed her skills in business management as well as the hands-on experience of stewardship of the land. She came to Crossroads to delve into her passion for people and social justice and believes deeply in the mission of Crossroads. Pamela loves being a part of the support staff behind the scenes and hopes to join the team of trainers in the future as she’s interested in exploring the intersections of environmental justice and anti-racism. Pamela lives in Northern California with her young daughter, Maya and enjoys spending her free time exploring nature and the wonders of the world through Maya’s eyes.
