Sherita Love (she/her/hers) is the Founder and Executive Director of The Education Equity Center of St. Louis, a nonprofit fostering a regional approach to achieving racial equity in education through convening, capacity building and systems change. She is also the founder and lead anti-racist education catalyst with Changing Systems where she works in collaboration with schools to dismantle systemic inequities.
Sherita is a co-founder of GLAMM (Girls Lead and Make Moves) promoting education and empowerment for young women of color, board member of The Leadership School and ConnectED Learning as well as an advisory board member with the Education Foundation of the St. Louis Aquarium. She supports equitable education in community as an adjunct professor with Washington University, a consultant with a lens for supporting girls and students of color with Washington University’s STEM Teacher Quality Institute and is a lead consultant with Education Equity Consultants.
Born, raised and rooted in St. Louis, Sherita is the partner to the best chef in town, Reggie and the proud parent of three daughters, Allyssa, Allyson and Allyjah.
