In dozens of conversations with partners like you, we’ve heard a call for more intentional language, more grounded methodology, and a more agile approach to institutional organizing. We’ve listened—and we’ve responded.
This fall, our programming will feature a blend of our time-honored offerings alongside new, more focused, thematic, and streamlined experiences. You’ll notice a return to rituals and meaning-making practices that fuel imagination, sustain commitment to transformation, and ground action.
As a leader, I recommit daily to the transforming values that have defined Crossroads—especially abundance and collaboration. The world needs this work now as urgently as it did 40 years ago when Crossroads was founded. And that’s why we are leaning into a season of grounded, accountable evolution.
